- Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)
- Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

- Creating detailed general arrangement and fabrication drawings
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specs, and tender documents
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
- Attending project handovers and design meetings
- Updating drawings to reflect design changes or site variations
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers on specialist elements
- Supporting junior team members as needed
- Assisting with as-built documentation at project close-out
- A qualification such as an HNC (or equivalent) in design, construction, or a related field
- Experience in a draughting or design role within the construction industry
- Strong skills in AutoCAD (any 3D CAD knowledge is a bonus)
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ideally, some knowledge of roofing or cladding systems - such as rainscreen cladding, composite panels, flat or metal roofing
