Nurse (RMN)

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic tests.
• Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Work closely with medical staff to create and update patient care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing care improvement initiatives.

• Registered Nurse (RMN) with Valid NMC.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• CPI Intervention advanced level 4 (agency can provide training)
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and manage stress.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
