Night Patrol Officer requiredContract type: Temp to PermHours: Full Time (37.5hrs) (Night Shift 10pm-6am)Location: LeicestershirePay: £24,444 per year and temp rate is the same equivalent but paid as an umbrella rate (£16.12ph)Venn Group are looking for a Patrol Officer for a Housing Charity in Leicestershire.The successful candidate will be responsible for:To maintain the security of the accommodation/s following scheduled routes – recording in accommodation communication book visits and outcomesEnsuring with staff team that the barred list is up to dateEnsure that new residents have a good understanding of the induction process with regards to security, health and safetyResponding to incidents and emergencies in line with Policies and Procedures;Reporting incidents/Emergencies to the Senior Housing Management WorkerEnsure that fire checks are carried out and discussed with day staff.Ensure that all communal areas are meeting the Trusts Limited’s standards at all times.Ensuring the monitoring and recording of the CCTV’s systemsTo undertake Health and Safety ChecksThe successful candidate will have:Full UK Driving Licence and access to their own carEnhanced DBS
