- Support the BU Leader and Executive team in developing and implementing financial plans as set by Gallagher Re Senior Management.
- Ensure the BU has the appropriate operations support in handling sales, pipelines, revenue analysis, and client relationship management.
- Ensure the completeness and integrity of system data to benefit from accurate data and revenue analysis.
- Monitor BU revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted, and reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.
- Analyse monthly management financials and provide insights on significant variances.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
- Act as the key link between Gallagher Re Finance and the BU.
- Ensure that all controllable costs and those allocated costs (e.g., overseas office costs) are acceptable, budgeted, and accurately forecasted.
- Represent the BU in financial forums as needed.
- Ensure that sales data is appropriately collated and shared with Business Leaders, Operations Director, and Gallagher Re Sales Team.
- Provide other ad hoc financial reports as requested.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly reports to Senior Leadership, including data to support revenue, cost, sales pipeline analysis, and EBITDAC management.
- Build and develop standard revenue and expense analytics for regular distribution to the business.
- Engage and collaborate with others across segments, lines of business, and regions.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested in support of our operation.
- Strong data analytic skills and mathematical competence.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills with partners at all levels.
- Ability to influence situations and hold accountability.
- Strategic judgement aligned with company objectives.
- Diligent and orgainsed.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
