DescriptionJob Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Schools in and around Blackburn Start Date: September 2025Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) across schools in Blackburn. If you've supported a child with SEN in a school or support work setting, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and help a child thrive.Requirements: * Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Minimum 6 months of school-based experience (paid or voluntary), or working in a support work setting with children
  • Previous experience supporting a child with SEN (in a school or care/support work setting)

  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A CV covering the last 10 years (with any gaps explained)
  • To attend a registration meeting
