Job Title: Property Management AssistantSalary: £25,000-£28,000Location: IlfordDriver RequiredAre you an organised and detail-oriented individual? Do you have a good knowledge of Word and Excel? Our client, a busy Residential & Commercial Property Management organisation, is seeking a new addition to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in property management to kick-start their career. No previous property management experience? No problem! Our client is happy to provide full training.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain property compliance records and oversee maintenance works
  • Process property licence applications efficiently
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Required:
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A driver's licence is required as there will be travelling involved. However, if you don't have your own vehicle, our client provides an on site company car for your convenience.
