We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid external Counterbalance FLT licence (2.5t) and be capable of supporting day-to-day operational tasks across our facility. Duties will focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, as well as assisting in the movement of materials and packaging along our production lines.Location: Ashbourne, DE6 1QXKey Responsibilities:Operate Counterbalance Forklift Truck (2.5t) safely and efficientlyGeneral brushing, cleaning, and housekeeping of the work area to maintain a safe and tidy environmentMove materials and packaging ranging from 25kg to 1 tonne in and around production and storage areasSupport loading/unloading processes and line feeding when requiredAssist with basic line operations and changeovers as necessaryFollow all health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all timesCarry out additional warehouse or production duties as instructed by the supervisor or team leaderDesirable but Not Essential:Class 1 (Wagon) Driving LicenceRequirements:Valid External Counterbalance FLT Licence (2.5t)Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyA team player with good communication skillsWillingness to work flexibly and support different areas as requiredShift PatternIf you are available for work please contact Bruno Bagi 07345471206 or 0113 242 0303
