£25,992 - £27,269 per annumWe are recruiting Residential Childcare Workers (Level 2) to join a registered Children's Home in Llandudno supporting up to 3 children with complex needs. - QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) - essential to maintain registration with Social Care Wales.
- Experience supporting children and young people who present challenging behaviours.
- Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
- Resilient, caring, and committed to supporting children to reach their full potential.
- Willingness to complete additional training, including Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton, and PECS.
