Warehouse Supervisor – based in Chertsey, Surrey£28,000 - £36,000We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy operation in Chertsey. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a small team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and play a key part in maintaining our high standards.What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
  • IT Literate - in house systems and ideally excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to lead and motivate 3–6 staff, alongside one other Supervisor
  • Aviation security training and X-ray certification would be an advantage (not essential)
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and preparing pallets
  • Loading and unloading aircraft containers/pallets from trucks
  • Shrink-wrapping pallets and containers
  • Building PMCs & Pags (aircraft pallets)
  • Promoting a safe and positive working environment
What we offer:
  • Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
  • Occasional late-shift cover (shared with the other Supervisor)
  • Uniform provided
  • Free on-site parking
