Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking company, who are looking for a Contracts Area Sales Manager to cover the South.Salary: Paying a basic of between £50,000 – £60,000, plus bonus and company car or car allowance.Covering: The South of the UK (London, Kent, Guildford, Watford and down).Key responsibilities:· Managing existing customer relationships· Prospecting, building and developing new business· Selling Kitchens into the contracts market· Working closely with housing and high-rise developers within the private market· Building strong business relationships· Implementing and full exposure to new CRM system· Travelling to head office every 3-6 months for sales meetings· Working closely with the design team to understand customer briefs· Full involvement with key members of the contracts department including; managers, customer care and the design teamCandidate Requirements:· Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers· Experience of dealing with Regional House Builders, National House Builders, House Building Contractors, or High-Rise Developers· Sales Account Management experience· Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships· Strong network and relationships within the contract market· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills· Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success· Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset· Be able to manage time and priorities effectively· Must hold a valid and clean driving licence· Flexible with business travel requirementsSimon Acres Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
