- Provide crucial 1:1 and small-group support to students navigating a spectrum of challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- You'll be their consistent point of contact, helping them develop emotional regulation and positive coping mechanisms.
- Work hand-in-hand with dedicated class teachers to implement bespoke behaviour support plans.
- Become an integral part of a supportive school community, contributing to a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion for all.
- A minimum of 6 months of recent experience working with children or young people in a UK school setting, especially those with behaviour management needs (references essential).
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to obtaining one).
- A comprehensive CV that tells your unique story and highlights your relevant experience.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
