Role type: We offer both Full and Part time roles.We are seeking dedicated and responsible Cover Supervisors to join a team of support staff working with schools in the Southport area. This role is perfect for a highly organised individual who is able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.Role Duties:
- Supervising a variety of classes across different subjects and age groups.
- Setting a positive tone in the classroom and ensuring a calm and productive atmosphere.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans left by the absent teacher.
- Addressing student questions and providing support as needed.
- Recording student attendance and any behavioural issues.

- Qualifications: A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required. A degree is highly desirable.

- Experience: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is a significant advantage. Experience working with young people in any capacity is essential.
