TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst. This role will partner with our advertisers to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support. - Support Measurement Partners with ad effectiveness analysis for advertisers to help them quantify the value TikTok drives for their business and optimize their campaigns
- Partner primarily with global clients and agencies to provide measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
- Develop a close relationship with TikTok's measurement product organization to better enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions
- Develop education sessions and collateral for internal sales teams, advertisers and agencies on marketing and measurement best practices
- Partner closely with data science teams to develop meta-analysis that produces media insights for advertisers and agencies to take action onQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaborationPreferred qualifications:
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
