About this roleAn opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new restaurant, that is due to open in the next 3 months.The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything will be produced in house. You'd be leading a kitchen team of 20 Chefs overseeing services of up to 150 covers + PDR functions.The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the GP, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs. You'll work closely with the wider management team to contribute directly to continued success and excellent reputation.About You
Previous experience as a Head Chef within a busy restaurant
A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
Good financial acumen
A positive leader who will promote a sense of collaboration
