Your day might include a home visit in the morning, a hand therapy class over lunch, and a physio fitness session followed by clinic appointments. You'll also be encouraged to contribute to case discussions and team learning to help support the best possible outcomes for every patient.Working Hours and EnvironmentUp to 31 hours per week, with flexibility in patternAt least one or two evening shifts per week (clinic open until 8pm Mon–Thurs)Every other Saturday morning is essentialThe clinic has three treatment rooms and a small, highly collaborative team – everyone stays in the loop on each other's patients, fostering a cohesive and patient-focused environment.Reaching your potentialThe leadership here is proactive about helping team members grow – whether that’s through CPD support, mentorship, or building new service areas.
