Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Investment Manager to join their Asset Management Team. If you have a passion for property investment and a knack for team leadership, this could be your next exciting challenge.### What You'll Do:As our new Investment Manager, you will:
- Lead the Charge: Implement an annual investment plan for the organisations property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Drive Change: Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee capital and revenue investment plans, ensuring effective budget management for a portfolio exceeding £20 million annually.
- Inspire Teams: Directly manage a team of 3 contract managers and oversee the investment team, setting ambitious targets and conducting appraisals to nurture talent.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and a comprehensive understanding of building regulations and health and safety legislation.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and engaging customers in shaping service delivery.
- A relevant degree in Building Maintenance/Construction or equivalent, along with professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
- A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel as needed.
