- Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when required
- Provide medication support, ensuring clients take prescribed medicines as directed
- Accompany clients on social outings and medical appointments
- Engage in companionship activities, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- No formal qualifications required, but experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is advantageous
- Genuine passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful demeanour
- Comfortable spending time in the company of others and providing companionship
- Physical fitness to assist with daily tasks and support client mobility
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work flexibly, including every other weekend

- Willingness to undergo a DBS enhanced disclosure check
