The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, mental health and previous trauma and are looking for friendly, caring and supportive people to help them build confidence and improve their independent living skills so they get the most from life!The people we support enjoy a wide range of different activities, like socialising, going to the movies, shopping, making Tiktoks, watching and playing football, cinema, walking, playing games and having barbecues in their shared garden. They're looking for positive and patient people who can support them to try new activities and help them achieve their goals, which include going to college and finding a job. A UK driving license is essential for this roleOur staff team are very experienced and also support with:
Medication administration
Cooking
Encouraging the people we support to clean and maintain their homes and manage their finances
Social situations and responding to situations in a trauma-informed way
