
Suppression Sales Manager

- Promote and sell fire suppression systems, fire detection, and life safety solutions
- Identify and develop new business with end users, M&E contractors, builders, consultants, and electrical contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, quotations, and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal estimating and bid teams to deliver compliant and competitive proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and a rolling three-month sales forecast
- Keep up to date with fire safety legislation, product changes, and industry trends
- Attend client meetings, ASTs, and internal sales strategy sessions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- A proven sales track record within the fire suppression or fire & security industry
- Strong technical knowledge of suppression systems (e.g. gas, mist, water-based)
- Good understanding of BS, EN, and ISO standards relevant to fire protection
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and sales tools
- Highly motivated, self-starter, able to manage their own pipeline
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
