We are seeking CSA Designers (Civil, Structural & Architectural) at all levels to join our clients growing team. They are open to candidates based in Warrington, Stockton or Westlakes. Initially supporting a major projects, this role offers the opportunity for longer-term engagement within their expanding CSA capability. Successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. As a CSA Designer, you will have the chance to develop your skills on complex engineering activities while supporting some of the most exciting projects in the sector.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complete design concepts from initial scheme definition through to detailed design.
- Produce drawings, sections, details, and design documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit).
- Liaise and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multi-discipline design teams.
- Attend and contribute to technical meetings.
- Ensure technical quality and excellence across all deliverables.
- Provide technical input and coordinate successful integration across disciplines.
- Support, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technicians.
- Assist in the preparation of design documents, drawings, and supporting technical information.
- Work independently on complex engineering activities, demonstrating autonomy and technical capability.
- Contribute to and uphold business and quality management systems while promoting a strong safety culture.
- This role gives a CSA Designer the chance to influence both project outcomes and team growth through knowledge sharing and leadership.
Essential
- Competent user of Revit.
- Minimum qualification: BTEC/HNC or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant design experience.
- Strong, broad-based technical skills within CSA design.
- Ability to manage own workload and, where required, that of others.
- Higher-level formal qualifications.
- Professional membership (Associate or Incorporated) with a relevant body.
- Familiarity with the design of heavily serviced buildings.
