This may involve one-to-one support, small group work, or helping pupils manage their behaviour that stop them accessing the classroom fully.You will not only be well supported and have training that is available in order to develop your skills further. You will also be part of a team that works closely to make sure no pupil is left behind.The role needs patience, empathy and resilience.
