You’ll be embedded at the heart of high‑value transformation programmes, collaborating with senior leaders, overcoming barriers, and using insight to deliver real, lasting impact.You’ll:
  • Analyse and understand processes, systems, and organisational frameworks to uncover improvements.
  • Create clarity with requirements, process maps, and “day‑in‑the‑life” playbacks.
  • Partner with Change Managers to shape recommendations and build detailed change roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, from operational teams to the Board.
  • Foster transparency through strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
  • Significant experience analysing complex business change for senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to simplify complexity and design changes that deliver tangible value.
  • Proven expertise in process design, change analysis, and creating compelling deliverables.
  • Confidence engaging at Board/C‑Level to shape priorities and influence direction.
  • Skilled in planning, communications, analysis, and stakeholder reporting — all at pace.
  • Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and visualisation tools.
Bonus points for:
  • A degree in business, change, or related fields.
  • Experience in large‑scale business transformation or change management.
