- Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus on all new business wins - up to 15% of commission income to the business

- Develop and manage your own pipeline, supported by data, systems and marketing resources
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
- Work with internal teams, including broking and claims, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
- Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the business while keeping a commercial focus on new business wins
- Experience in commercial insurance business development or a related client-facing role
- Confidence in building relationships and managing the full sales cycle
- Organised approach to developing and maintaining a pipeline
- Comfortable using technology to manage prospects and track progress
- A self-motivated Development Executive - professional and focused on delivering results
