- Monitor and record patient health changes, reporting promptly to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment, fostering well-being for those under your care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimum care outcomes.
- Uphold clear and empathetic communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.

- A minimum of 12 months relevant Senior Carer experience in the UK.
