- Investigating disputes (missing order, missing boxes on delivery, pricing errors etc)
- Managing the categorisation of the mailbox (we have all customer queries across all brands coming into a central mailbox, so categorising frequently is essential to ensure the correct team member is picking up the query)
- Good written communication essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Outlook & Excel) essential
- Customer Service experience essential
- Experience of managing multiple mailboxes and responding to emails is essential
- Ability to write own responses to email essential
