- Good knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of analytics packages (Google/Adobe).
- Previous user of graphic design software (Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Devise, maintain and adapt an email schedule designed to help the business achieve goals related to online sales, customer engagement and overall growth.
- Create compelling email content for a range of audiences.
- Analyse performance and report on success and learnings to the wider online community during trading sessions.
- Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications and maintain health of the current CRM/ platform Emarsys.
- Identify areas of improvement related to content, ways of working, data or technical development.
- Design and manage triggered email programmes.
- Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies to drive performance and continuously improve the channels.
