We are seeking a reliable and proactive Morning Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises. This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibilities, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the morning cleaning team
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report needs
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff
- Report any maintenance or health & safety issues
- Previous experience in cleaning and team supervision
- Good communication and organizational skills
