- Advising on Retail funds (including OEICs) as well as domestic and international fund authorisations- Assisting with the launch of a major international umbrella fund and its sub-funds.- Assisting with general regulatory advice in the EU (including AIFMD) & US.- Advising on ad hoc compliance matters- Advising the business on general asset management legal mattersEssential skills
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 3PQE at a major law firm or asset management business.
- Excellent academics- A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Business facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to commercial needs.
