
Service Booking & Retention Specialist

- Handle inbound requests via phone, email and online platforms from customer or potential customers who are looking to book their car in for servicing, MOT and maintenance work.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services and products
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, aiming to retain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the service manager & marketing team to execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing service bookings and customer retention
- Responsible for making outbound contacts with guests following on from targeted marketing campaigns
- Help create and promote service-related content across email newsletters, social media, and the website
- Maintain accurate and up to date systems
- Work closely with the customer service, scheduling, and sales teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Support the service manager and marketing team with customer insights and trends to tailor future marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in customer service, service booking, or related fields (2+ years preferred)
- Experience or interest in supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and service scheduling systems.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media, and content creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
