Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing our customers daily volumes.
  • Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
  • Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.
