About the Role:As a Nurse within Alternative futures group, you'll work with like-minded colleagues who share our 5 main organisational values, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our patients.   • You will be confident in your ability to lead teams and develop support staff to achieve their individual performance outcomes
  • Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential
  • You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week
About your experience
  • You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence.
  • Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given.

find out more about the vacancy!This vacancy is a Casual RMN opportunity primarily working at Meadow Park.Meadow Park Treatment and Recovery Centre in Ellesmere Port is a mixed gender 20 bedded Mental Health community Treatment and Recovery Centre specialising in the rehabilitation of people with severe and enduring mental health issues.Through co-production utilising person centred working Meadow Park offers a Multi-disciplinary approach based on a psycho social model to enable people to work through their recovery and leave the inpatient environment with the ability to be as independent as possible.Meadow Park is the community provision of the local rehabilitation pathway with
admissions from local acute, high dependency rehabilitation and low secure
environments.The pathway then offers step down to community support and
outreach with effective transition planning as part of a person’s journey.Nurses at Meadow Park must be prepared to demonstrate their ability to continually develop both personally & professionally and be motivated to work towards further improving the standards of clinical care within the service.Candidates should be passionate about delivering person centred care, want to work collaboratively with the people they support and use every opportunity to inspire hope within their relationships.AFG also offer career progression within the organisation which is strongly encouraging to all nurses at Meadow Park.Casual RMNs need to be flexible to cover shifts which are usually 12.5 hours involving day and night shifts.
