Job Title: Multi-Skilled JoinerJob reference: J89125Venn Group has been approached by a local housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary to permanenr basis in Greater ManchesterAs the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.The duties will include:
  • Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
  • Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
  • Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and painting
  • Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
  • Driving Licence (van provided)
