- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for digital enhancement and innovation.
- Support the implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) to streamline information management and ensure consistency across projects.
- Work with Building Information Modelling (BIM) teams to integrate digital tools and techniques that improve project delivery and collaboration.
- Create detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during the rollout of new digital solutions.
- Work with IT and BIM/CDE specialists to validate solutions and support user training and adoption.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a digital environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
- Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) concepts and Building Information Modelling (BIM) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
