We challenge ourselves constantly to deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, our partners, and our employees.The TeamThe Talent Coordinator provides support to the Talent, Culture and Development Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the smooth delivery of all programmes and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to, HR annual cycles, learning and development, inclusion events, our E Learning system, and the administration of our events calendar and invoice and supplier management.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage the coordination of talent, culture and development initiatives including the management of registration and tracking of learning and development courses, our events calendar, scheduling third party and in house facilitators, and ensuring the smooth running of any activities within our CoE such as Development Week.Support the scheduling of our development programmes including logistics of virtual, on and off-site events.Responsible for supplier management, including adherence to the Global Procurement Policy, creating new suppliers on ESKER and invoice management on SAP and all Finance systems. Escalating any issues to the VP, Talent Culture and Development as required.Proficient in the use of our HRIS system (Workday). Assist with testing of new talent or performance management processes. Produce guides and training documents for our employees and managers. Pull data reports from our HR system (Workday) as required to monitor engagement, turnover and diversity and inclusion data in partnership with L&D and Inclusion Director.Support the design and deployment of engagement surveys to help foster a diverse and inclusive culture. This includes the creation of annual surveys and pulse surveys as part of Great Place to Work initiatives, reporting on findings and creating action plans.Maintain our E-Learning system. Ensuring any learning courses are uploaded and published to all employees and translated using SMART CAT and collaborating with local People Experience colleagues. Coordinate completion rates, feedback from sessions and training, and provide reports to the VP, Talent Culture and Development as required. Basic video editing skills are an advantageWhat you’ll bringProven experience working in a coordinator or administrative role.Prior experience in an HR function is an advantage.Experience in a global matrix environment is preferred.Excellent project coordination and management skills with strong attention to detail.Familiarity with HR systems (preferably Workday), LMS, and video editing software.
