– Handling private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters
– Advising clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
– Managing files from instruction through to completion
– Conducting advocacy where appropriate
– Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Family Law departmentABOUT YOU
– 3-5PQE in Family Law, private children matter experience is not required
– Confident managing your own caseload independently
– Strong technical and communication skills
– Able to deliver client-focused advice with sensitivity and efficiency
– Experience in advocacy and financial remedy work preferredBENEFITS
