- Maintain and develop our production line and power station in accordance with specifications, schedules, safety targets, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot engineering problems related to equipment and machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with a team of Mechanical Tradesmen, contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Be flexible with core hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm) and participate in a mandatory call-out rota.
- An apprenticeship completion in a mechanical discipline and ideally an HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearing fitting, alignment, and pumping systems.
- Competence in using maintenance management systems alongside a strong background in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical plant and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage effectively.
