Ideal for someone with experience in asset management, leasing, and/or investment and has a passion for delivering value through strategic initiatives.A bit about the job:We’re seeking a strategic, engaging and innovative individual to asset manage some of Aviva’s most prestigious Central London office investments. You’ll be responsible for delivering value through creative asset management, leading leasing strategies, and overseeing refurbishment projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external agents, and joint venture partners to optimise performance and returns.
