Your role:You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day-to-day life, emotional well-being, and behavioural challenges. You’ll:
  • Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Encourage independence and daily routines
  • Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
  • Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on
What we’re looking for:
  • 6+ months of full-time care experience (in the last 3 years)
  • At least 3 months experience working with children or young people
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude
