We’re partnering with a fantastic company looking for a Customer Accounts & Scheduling Coordinator to join their friendly, supportive team.What You’ll Be Doing:• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships as their primary point of contact.• Coordinate and schedule engineers for installations, maintenance, and urgent callouts, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.• Liaise between customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure all appointments run smoothly and on time.• Monitor and track job progress, updating customers proactively and resolving any scheduling conflicts.• Understand customer requirements in detail, ensuring work is planned and delivered to meet expectations.• Investigate service issues, find solutions, and feed back improvement ideas to enhance processes.What We’re Looking For:• Proven experience in account management, service coordination, or engineer scheduling.• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities at once.• Confident, clear communication skills (both verbal and written) and a professional telephone manner.• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.• The ability to thrive under pressure while keeping accuracy and attention to detail high.Benefits available on request!If you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you!
