🕒 Full-time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm🕒 Immediate start, 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent contractAre you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and high-profile environment?We are seeking a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to oversee operations across two key client sites in Sunderland and Glasgow. You'll lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services, office relocations, and workplace strategy.What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day FM operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance
- Leading office moves and relocations
- Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractor procedures
- Building strong client relationships and delivering against SLAs/KPIs
- Proven experience in hard and soft FM services within a corporate setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
- Familiarity with CAFM systems
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly between sites
