- Work as part of the team to process and maintain Retail Concessionaire accounts
- Perform reconciliations between various systems and interface with the Retail Account managers based at Heathrow Airport Support the team in Glasgow in the day to day and month end activities ensuring consistent high levels of performance
- Pro-actively engage with the business to resolve any queries and ensure process compliance
- Actively work with teams across the business to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong Excel Skills
- Excellent Communication (written and verbal)
- A desire to show initiative and be able to work as part of a team and on their own
- Attention to detail
- Finance background
- Demonstration of high level of Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Document Management systems experience preferred.
