Must be flexible with days and times.Job Duties:- Provide tailored tutoring sessions to SEN pupils in Maths, English, Science, and Humanities topics- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure student success- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performanceRequired Qualifications:- A relevant teaching qualification- Experience working with SEN pupils- Strong knowledge of Maths, English, Science, and Humanities subjects- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning stylesEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in tutoring or teaching rolesKnowledge and Skills:- In-depth understanding of SEN teaching strategies- Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning activities- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potentialPreferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Education or Special Education- Additional certifications in SEN teachingWorking Conditions:- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling- Work may involve evenings or weekends depending on student availability- Tutoring sessions may take place in-person or online- Ability to travel to student homes or designated tutoring locations
