Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake Setter / Operator to join our team in the Dudley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in metal fabrication and a strong work ethic to secure a long-term position with the potential to go permanent.Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate press brake machinery (ideally Trumpf or Safan).
  • Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings.
  • Ensure components are produced to the highest standard and within tight deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks with a keen eye for detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating press brake machines (Trumpf / Safan experience preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Hardworking and proactive attitude.
