What we're looking forWe're looking for a confident communicator who can engage and inspire our diverse community.You'll need strong problem-solving skills and a passion for sustainability.Experience in public engagement or environmental campaigns is a plus.A creative flair for producing engaging content is highly valued.You should be organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of recycling practices and local authority services is desirable.LocationThe job is primarily based in Wearside Service Centre, but you will be expected to travel around the borough.Special conditions
  • Weekend working is required for this job
  • Working hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with a requirement to work earlier or later shifts as and when required to support service needs
  • This is a 2 year fixed term contract
