- Developing a clear external communication and engagement strategy within the global team as well as co-creating with global/regional stakeholders and key markets to ensure the educational initiatives are easily adaptable, with a clear strategic thread, and with consistency in the quality and delivery of the medical education activities.
- Integrating the pre, peri and post engagement within the strategy and communicating this to the internal stakeholders including the associated KPIs and visualisation of all related metrics.
- Develops clear needs analysis strategy to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among healthcare professionals.
- Analyzes data from various sources to determine the educational needs in clinical practice and patient management.
- Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and evaluate educational curricula that align with adult learning principles and clinical relevance to create continued learning opportunities.
- Instructional Design: Develop engaging instructional materials and utilize e-learning platforms and simulation tools to enhance learning.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments to evaluate learner outcomes and program effectiveness and impact including the use of these data to drive continuous improvements of future programs. Data visualization and presentation of KPIs.
- Project Management: Lead and manage educational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
