Subject Specialist TutorWarrington£30 per hour (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)From September 2025The RoleVision For Education are working with a local authority team to appoint subject specialist tutors who are passionate about providing high-quality, subject-specific education on an hourly basis in a 1:1 setting after school. Sessions may be online or face-to-face therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach and willing to adapt. This is a part-time opportunity but long-term to support learners’ needs.Subjects include:
  • English,
  • Maths,
  • Science
RequirementsThe desired Subject Specialist Tutor will have:- A teaching qualification- A subject specialism- Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 pupils, and those pupils with SEND- A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils- An ability to commit to regular tutoring sessions each week- Excellent communication skills- An ability to complete weekly reports of student’s engagement and attendanceWhat we offerAs a Subject Specialist Tutor, part of our team, you benefit from:
