- Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
- Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
- Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
- Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
- Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
- Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
- Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
- Promoting our services with confidence and care!
- A friendly and engaging phone manner.
- Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions
- A passion for helping people and working in a team
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
