- Delivering compelling product demonstrations that communicate value to senior stakeholders
- Developing and executing creative sales strategies that consistently exceed targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and optimise marketing-generated leads
- Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to help refine positioning and product roadmap
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound activity
- Maintaining accurate records and forecasting via Salesforce
- Becoming a trusted partner to potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- 4+ years of direct B2B software sales experience, preferably within SaaS
- Experience selling business management or operational platforms into fitness or wellness industries is highly desirable
- Comfortable managing a blend of high-velocity and complex mid-market deals
- Proven ability to uncover customer pain points, map out solutions, and close with executive alignment
- Skilled in product demos, presentations, and consultative sales techniques
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously within a collaborative team culture
- A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills and commercial instincts
