- Under the overall direction, the Executive Headteacher plays a lead role in formulating the aims, objectives of the schools and establishing the policies through which they are to be achieved.
- Lead by example, holding and articulating clear values and moral purpose, and focusing on providing excellent education for all pupils.
- Provide direction and line management of the senior leadership team at both schools.
- Be responsible for the standards and curriculum of all pupils including monitoring of progress towards achievement.
- To have a central responsibility for raising the quality of teaching and learning and for pupils' achievement. Setting high expectations and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning outcomes
- Manage safeguarding across the school and take action according to Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Provide curriculum leadership across the schools.
- Lead regular reviews of all school systems to ensure statutory requirements are being met and improved on where appropriate.
- Lead on Ofsted inspections including the independent schools' standards.
- Manage staff development programmes and school resources.
- Lead on formulating and reviewing the School Development Plan.
- Fully funded CPD training for all staff in our schools.
