We are seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support in secondary schools across Bishop Auckland.About The Role:
  • You will work closely with students 1:1 or in small groups, to support their learning
  • Encourage personal growth and independence within students
  • Ability to manage and monitor student behaviour
Requirements of the Role:
  • Previous experience working with secondary students (ideal but not essential)
  • Able to remain calm and understanding during challenging situations
  • Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
